I have just received a letter from a debt recovery agent, saying l owe a mortgage debt from 2010, in regards to a mortgage under payment.

Am l required to repay this debt after such a long time?.

I am on universal credit, and because of disability receive standard PIP.

In approx. 2 months l am due to loose my UC payment, because l will be officially a pensioner, and will receive my state pension instead.

These two incomes are my only income, l have applied for Pension credit, but at this time am not in receipt.
