Desktop Valuation Skipton

Has anyone had any experience with a desktop valuation and how long it takes. Of not with this lender then someone else. Also if with skipton how long till valuation to offer? Ive been told my approval is dependent on the valuation which is tomorrow. Wondering how long it will take.

Desktop val is done the same day they get the application normally. I got my offer within 24 hours of my application going in and the desktop val was the first thing to come back.
I then got a nice "welcome to your new home" card when I completed from Skipton. They are a great lender0 -
