Wide fit wellies, flapping and a noise at the top

Anybody experiencing an issue with wide fit wellies, both flapping with a noise at the top of the boots, it's so annoying !!

Where are you wearing them? Are they fashion or utilitarian? Maybe try tying a piece of binder twine along your calf?
