NHS dental charge/England Wisdom tooth

I'm aware about the 3 levels of payment.
I go to a NHS dentist re my teeth
A year ago I had a loose wisdom tooth removed and it came out with a slight pull - they charged me
90 quid I was told beforehand but did nothing as it was the tier 2 price.

I have an appt next week Monday for another wisdom tooth ie the one next to the one taken out last time, it too is loose but not as much.

When I asked re charge of not being tier two the person on the phone said it was what i paid last time.

Is the above right as i read that some NHS dentists refuse to remove wisdom teeth and I thought it may be that

Tier 2 is about 63 or 76 but certainly not 90 quid.

Thanks

To be fair removing teeth these days seems to be better and 'easier' thanks to new equipment they use.
It is a fair chunk of money but from my point of view where they struggled to get the root out and it broke up I'd have paid extra for a quick 'pop' not to have to go through that and all the injections and follow up twice.

I think the last time I paid for fillings etc it was the £60 mark.

I can rise and shine - just not at the same time!
