4. The prize draw will take place at BA Holidays offices at Astral Towers, Crawley RH10 9XA at 14:00 on Thursday, 20 December 2007. The winners will be chosen at random from all received entries. The winners will be notified by Friday, 21 December 2007 by email and must confirm acceptance of the prize within 30 days by the method specified in the notice. If any of the prizes remain unclaimed after 30 days or are declined, a supplementary winner may be drawn at BA’s discretion and will be notified by email.

   Prize 1 consists of seven nights accommodation at the 4+ star Walt Disney World Swan Orlando for a family of four (based on 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years) on an accommodation only basis with seven days Alamo fully inclusive car hire and return British Airways World Traveller flights from London Gatwick to Orlando International. Locally paid taxes and government charges apply.

   Prize 2 consists of four nights accommodation at the 5 star Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Florida for two adults on an accommodation only basis with four days Alamo fully inclusive car hire and return British Airways World Traveller flights from London Heathrow to Miami. Locally paid taxes and government charges apply.
7. Prize 3
   Prize 3 consists of seven days Alamo fully inclusive car hire and return British Airways World Traveller flights for two adults from London Gatwick or London Heathrow to a choice of either Orlando International, Tampa or Miami. Locally paid taxes and government charges apply.
8. All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable (except if British Airways Holidays cancels your prize).No cash or credit alternatives will be offered. Prizes do not include transport to and from the UK departure airport.
9. Travel Insurance, spending money, locally paid departure taxes or facilities described online as ‘at a charge’ are not included. Prizes can not be taken in conjunction with any other British Airways Holidays special offers. Full details of the hotels are available at www.baholidays.com.
