Meter readings 31st March 'missing'
Options
Like many others I submitted meter readings on 31st March. The supplier had website issues like several others so it took a long time to get logged in. However I did eventually get in and submit the readings and saw the usual popup saying they'd been submitted.
Today I submitted my routine readings (around 21st of each month), only to see that the "last valid readings" were noted as 21st March (the routine monthly date) and not the 31st. It looks as if the readings I submitted on 31st weren't actually submitted after all. I've contacted the supplier to find out what's going on, but this is just a heads up to anyone else who also submitted readings on 31st, to perhaps verify that were accepted by your supplier. Hopefully no one else is affected by this but I wouldn't be surprised...
