BR 12 Months up, but a small hitch

12 months were up 20 April and having jumped on the Individual Insolvency Register, I note I am still listed at BR instead of 'discharged.'  I have refreshed the browser and re-entered my name with the same result.  After saving previous Q & A's on this very subject, I'd like to do a screen grab/print for reference, but clearly need discharged to be seen on screen.

My only thought is the website is updated on a 'batch' basis rather than real-time? But, I don't know.

Am I doing something wrong?

Any suggestions, pointers or tips would be gratefully received.

Thanks

Hi, according to the info in this link -

    https://www.gov.uk/bankruptcy/when-bankruptcy-ends

You can email for proof of discharge and that is free of charge.

Also in that link under "Bankruptcy Registers" it states "The Individual Insolvency Register is updated within 3 months of your discharge."

When I had a DRO it took three months for my listing to be removed.

Excellent, glad to be of help. As has been pointed out it will be there for 3 months before being removed from the IS site. It will be on the London Gazette site for all time.

You can print out your entry so you have proof of discharge or just for posterity or follow MalMonroe’s link and ask for proof.
