I am in the process of remortgaging 3 BTL property and releasing some equity from them. One property is mortgage free and the other 2 have mortgages with other lenders.

Today, I have had calls to arrange valuations for them all, they are paying for them.

Is this a positive sign? Or do they instruct valuations at their own expense regardless of possible decision or do they only instruct if they are happy with everything else?
