Issues with Birmingham Midshires computer systems

Heads up to anyone with a BM mortgage, their computer system has a serious fault which they are not addressing. A rate increase of 0.25% at end of January early February produced a monthly increase of £11 odd on a mortgage balance of just over £2000. I contacted them and they admitted their error saying the january and february direct debits had been missed off their calculation. They apologised and recalculated the monthly payment to the correct figure. In April they have another 0.25% increase and again have increased the monthly payments by in excess of £11, same conversation same apology. Its a small amount for me as I only owe £2000 but if your mortgage is higher which I suspect most are these errors can be frightening with people who are already in financial strains.
