Solar Quotes - any help appreciated

I have been looking at getting some quotes in for solar as I am thinking its about the right time to get it, here are the 2 I currently have. Jus to note I have read a few posts on here prior to posting but wanted to see if I could get some bespoke guidance from people in the know.
We have a combi boiler no immersion heater or tank.
Local Company: quote 1
12. 390 all black PV modules
4kw dual tracker solar PV inverter
All black centre and end clamps
Clik aluminium PV module rail
All required Clik rail clamps
Duel 4mm twin insulated DC cable
All required electrical work
All necessary scaffolding
1. PV generation meter
All required electrical work for the i-Boost
Modules and inverter carry a five year warranty
Quote 2: Project Solar
12 Modules (no colour options etc)
no other details on the other items included in the quote
No battery
£9999.99 (this was after their initial quote of £11200)
Lifetime warranty on work and panels.
After reading peoples suggestions I am thinking it should be more towards the 5600 > 6000 for the solution but I am not really sure what I need to be asking for to get more information. Any assistance would be appreciated

Hiya, do you have a price on that first quote. Probably best to just ignore the second quote.Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

Still quite high.Is there anything unusual about your roof? Are the panels split across multiple aspects, requiring several sets of scaffolding?

2.72kWp PV facing SSW installed Jan 2012. 11 x 247w panels, 3.6kw inverter. 34 MWh generated, long-term average 2.6 Os.Not exactly back from my break, but dipping in and out of the forum.Ofgem cap table, Ofgem cap explainer. I'm surprised the inverter only has a 5 year warranty I thought they were 10 years as standard. Seems a high price fir just a 4.5kwh array if I'm honest.4.3kwp JA panels, Huawei 3.68kw Hybrid inverter, Huawei 10kw Lunar 2000 battery, Myenergi eddi, South facing array with a 15 degree roof pitch, winter shade.0
