Mortgage After Divorce

Hi all,

I am currently going through a divorce and will be losing my house.
I'm trying to work out my options but cant find too much for my situation.
I read that I will not be classed as a first-time buyer and I cant get any of the benefits from anything like the lifetime ISA.
I am in the military also, unsure if any deals or loopholes out there anybody knows so that I can get myself my own place again soon.

Thanks for reading and replies

So will you get some of the equity from the sale of the family/marital home ?
Having a 10/15 % deposit and a regular income from say a job working for the government is normally plus point for most lenders except the COOP.
They would not lend to me if I worked at the local factory making bullets !!!
However as I am a Paramedic they were very happy to give me a mortgage.
