Blackrock and British Airways Annual Statement

I wondered if anyone knew if the deferred annual statement for NALS pension holders would still be available by BA or need to make a new account with Blackrock.   The statements are usually available by this time in April.  Many thanks.

Hello @My_Own_Back_Door - sorry you haven't had a reply, its a little bit of a specific question, so I will bump it up for you and see if anyone who might know a bit more can help.  I'm not quite sure of the connection between the NALS scheme and blackrock - if you explained a bit more that would be both educational for forum readers who love that sort of knowledge and increase the chance it might ring a bell

Thank you for your reply.  I should apologise as I should have said it was the New Airways Pension Scheme (NAPS) scheme.  My typo!  Blackrock took over all BA pension assets last June.   I had assumed annual pension statements would still be generated by BA.   These aren’t available as yet for 2021/2022.   This could just be a delay due to staff shortages or because apparently a team from BA have joined Blackrock to ‘manage the assets’.  I have now emailed BA so should get an answer in 10 days.  Possibly as the fund has been managed less than a year the annual statement dates have shifted.  Thanks for bumping!
