Tax code change issue

I have a problem with my tax code.

I was previously on 1288L for 2021-2022.

This was including £312 on job expenses (I think this might have been costs from working from home).

I wanted to add costs for working from home for the next year (2022-2023) and add some additional expenses (£116) to this tax year but I may have made a mistake on my application to change tax  code.

I think I've ended up changing expenses for this tax year to £116 instead of adding it.

They have recalculated my tax code to 1268L for 2021-2022 and also 1241L for 2022-2023 due to my change application.

Can you help me as I think this is incorrect.  Would I have to apply for another change in tax code via HMRC?  I'm also not quite sure how to put down what my exact expenses are if working from home i.e. energy costs etc.  Can you offer advice on this please.
