  • I can honestly say in 38 years of doing this I've never comes across anything similar. It will be interesting to see how it pans out.

    After a long few months, mainly due to our broker not been on the ball that much regarding the house been a new build, we finally completed this morning.

    Basically, the lender was happy as long as we could provide an Audit trail of monies, and a letter from Landlord confirming.

    Can hopefully relax now.

    interesting, as im in sorta similar situation. Landlord wants to sell property, ive said i would be in a position to buy in 6 months. We were looking at transferring some deposit to Landlord each month, as a kind of promise so that they know we are serious, then they transfer it back to us when we put the application in.

    What paperwork did the lender want to see related to this agreement?
