After a long few months, mainly due to our broker not been on the ball that much regarding the house been a new build, we finally completed this morning.
Basically, the lender was happy as long as we could provide an Audit trail of monies, and a letter from Landlord confirming.
Can hopefully relax now.2 -
interesting, as im in sorta similar situation. Landlord wants to sell property, ive said i would be in a position to buy in 6 months.
