This competition is open to delicious. magazine readers, registered on the website (free) who are UK residents, aged 18 and over, but excluding all employees or members of the immediate families of employees of Eye to Eye Media Ltd, Ye Olde Bell or anyone else connected with the creation or administration of the competition. 2. Website entry opens on 26 March 2022 and closes at midnight 30 April 2022. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered. No responsibility is taken for late or lost entries. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them. Eye to Eye Media Ltd shall be entitled to exclude or disqualify any entrant at any time at its sole discretion. 3. The winner will be drawn at random and the judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. Only winners will be contacted personally. 4. If a winner does not respond within 30 days of being notified of their win, the winner's prize will be forfeited and the promoter shall be entitled to select another winner, which will have to respond to notification of their win within 30 days failing which they will also forfeit their prize. If a winner rejects their prize, their entry is invalid or is in breach of these terms, or if a winner is unable to claim their prize for any other reason, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Eye to Eye Media Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner. Eye to Eye Media Ltd and/or the promoter do not accept any liability if you do not redeem or take up the prize. 5. The prize is a two-night stay for two in a classic room at Ye Olde Bell hotel & spa near Retford, including a full English breakfast on both mornings. The prize includes a two-course dinner at the hotel on both nights. The prize also includes one Spa Day Special package at the hotel spa each, including all-day spa access from 9.30am to 5.30pm, a 60-minute treatment and two-course lunch. Both dinners, the spa day and spa treatments must be booked at time of reservation. All other drinks, meals and spa treatments are not included, and any additional food, beverages, spa treatments or services must be paid for upon departure. 6. The prize does not include travel or travel insurance, additional food and drink, additional spa treatments or use of spa facilities, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. 7. Prize value is approximate depending on date the prize is redeemed. Access to all hotel facilities, including the spa facilities, is subject to such Covid restrictions as may be current when the prize is redeemed and any further such precautions the hotel sees fit to take. 8. The prize is subject to Ye Olde Bell’s availability and is valid until 30 April 2023. Treatments are subject to spa availability. When the winner is able to redeem their prize is also subject to such Covid restrictions as may be current at the time. Prize based on two people sharing one room. Winner and guest must both be aged 18 or over. 9. No alternative to the stated prize is available, except in the event of developments outside the promoter’s control, when it reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and is not exchangeable for cash in part or in whole. The prize cannot be redeemed as a voucher. 10.
