Stocks and Shares ISA plus LISA

I have read LISA guide but could not work this out.

My daughter had stocks and shares JISA until last week. As she has turned 18, this has now turned into adult stocks and shares ISA. This is with II.

I'm interested in opening LISA for her to get the ball rolling (1 year rule).

Does anyone know:

1 - Can I have both of this open for her in a tax year?
2 - Does it has to be with same provider? (II doesn't have LISA)
3 - Can she contribute in both it just one (any one)?

3. Yes both but if you pay in the maximum £4000 into your LISA your annual ISA limit will reduce by this amount
