Belgian pension Login

Hello. I normally log into my Belgian pension folder online; where I can see my pension figures etc. This is done with my pension number and a "clé d'identification" both of which were sent to me when I started receiving my Belgian pension, years ago.
I tried to log in yesterday but have not been able to do so The prompt says they are carrying out works until 17th April. Tried again today the 18th and still faced with the same problem.
It also says to log in with the details they sent by post?! Does anyone else have the same problem?? Thank you.
