mortage/selling question

I currrently have a house worth around 100k, with a remaining mortgage of 15k.
What I am looking for is advice on selling the property to a family member. Essentially they would pay me for the property, and I'd pay off my existing 15k and use the value of the property to clear some credit card debts and loans (typically around 20%).
As not all the steps to buying a house are relevant (don't need to do viewings etc) does anyone have any advice or links to usefull guides for this?
Trying to also minimize costs but may have to use a conveyancing solicitor anyway etc.

You just need your own solicitors to deal with the sale/purchase and repayment of mortgage

It's the same as any other sale except you don't need an estate agent to find the buyer.0
