Train cancelled options

I found out by Twitter my train is cancelled.

the options from the train company are to travel on a specific train (with another train company) which leaves EARLIER than my train was due to depart or to travel tomorrow.

I need to get to destination today and am worried I won’t get to the departing station in time.

what options do I have?

I think it’s very unfair that there’s not an option to travel today at/after the scheduled departure time. Also concerned I only discovered by Twitter.

Well hopefully by now you have worked out what your options are and managed to get to your destination. You didn't give any details that would allow anyone to give you alternative travel options, so the only other thing to say is that if you decided not to travel by train then you should be able to claim a full refund from the retailer you bought the ticket from, as the train was cancelled and the alternative service provided was not suitable.
