I haven't used the EPN for a long time. I've signed in but they want me to submit an electronic tax document. There are three options given, W9, W8-BEN and W8-BEN-E. I'm assuming this is for people in the USA and I'm in the UK. The message says they can't pay me until I've submitted the document. Can anyone help on this please. I can't find any help or support on the EPN website. I don't have to submit a return in the UK as I don'r earn enough. HMRC asked me to stop completing returns.

Ah yes, I'm fairly sure I went through this hassle a few years ago. Basically, you need to submit a W8-BEN (or maybe W8-BEN-E, I can't recall) to prove you're not a US resident and liable to pay US taxes. It's then up to you to manage any tax liabilities you have in your own country outside of the US. I'm afraid it's a while ago now since I did mine, so I don't recall the finer details, but it was just a formality eBay need go through to appease the IRS on their side. I've written a WordPress plugin to display eBay items with EPN links which is pretty popular and which I use to earn from a couple of my own sites too.
