Beef Ravioli use after opening?

I bought some Beef Ravioli from the chilled section. The label says consume immediately after opening.

It is OK to keep for a few days?

I would assuming it was kept in a sealed container. Would go off/hard otherwise

Presumably you are keeping it suitably chilled and could just do the smell test to see if it's ok.  But personally I would cook it all and then refrigerate what I'm not using immediately.  I've done this with various filled pasta products when wanting to use the leftovers for lunches for a couple of days following cooking for supper.  I might not keep it much longer than the BBF date as it may not be pleasant to eat at that point.

I'd be inclined to put in a lidded container now even if well before bbf date because it is no longer sealed. In the past I have opened chicken pieces and left a few in the box: not a good idea! better maybe to freeze now.

The main issue with fresh pasta is that it will dry out if not properly sealed.
