SolaxCloud - no idea on app dashboard. Help!

Morning all!

Is anyone able to signpost me towards what all the icons and lines mean on the app dashboard ?

I am totally lost as to what means what. I’m actually pretty tech savvy. But, how this all works has gotten me completely lost!

Hey, drop me a direct message with a screenshot and I'll label it up for you if you like. I've ended up having to spend far more time than I should faffing about with the Solax interface!

Yeah, no worries. I don't think there's anything confidential on there. One of the main issues I've posted about and haven't found a solution to yet is the fact that the Solax inverter doesn't show solar generation if you've got a different inverter on the solar side. Not sure if others have the same issue but I'm trying to deal with it with Solax at the moment.

Yes I have the same issue. I don't tend to use the app much just the website portal. However the only meaningful information is what is going in and out of the battery. The rest doesn't make sense (to me at least). I use the Solar Edge portal to look at generation (except for my two additional panels which I just don't/can't monitor)

There is a fairly well hidden data screen that looks as though it combines a lot of it and makes more sense. It shows solar generation as 'other generation' but does show in/out of the battery, usage by the house and feed in/out of the grid.

 I don't have the 'other generation' icon but have my solar as 'Load/Generator'. However I get strange readings such as grid import when there's plenty of generation (and no such consumption appears on my electricity bill).

Have you got a screenshot of yours? Would be interesting to see the difference. I occasionally get weird imports when there's plenty of solar and the battery is charging but it's never significant amounts.

Not the most useful data currently. I'll try to find an example which shows the weird stuff at some point

Was that on a sunny day when you know that there was solar being generated? Weird that there's no 'other' or anything as that'd basically make it look as though there's energy appearing from nowhere!
