What it doesn't say - and nobody needs to see it to know this - is that the OP has no rights to someone else's property. Service occupancy, if that applies, is the "gold standard". And it really isn't much of one. Assuming the OP needs a job to come back to after their holiday, this isn't the time to start contractual arguments. Or any other kind of argument. I note from previous posts that the OP is a foreign national. As they said, they have no property in the UK and possibly nowhere else to go.marcia_ said:1
