Railcard won’t refund

Hi all, I bought a 26-30 railcard as I started taking the train to work in the morning, but the staff on the train told me there is a minimum spend of £12.99 before 10am. I immediately contacted railcard to ask them to cancel (not within 24 hours though!) and they won’t refund. Do I have any rights?

This isn’t a clear stipulation of the card when you purchase either.0
-
It's included in the terms and conditions that you agreed to when purchasing - see 26-30 Railcard | The Millennial Railcard#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3660
-
It's also clearly on the front page of the railcard website under Eligibility and Terms of Usetesting 1230
-
Your have the right to read the terms and conditions before purchase.0

The minimum fare during morning peak is £12 not £12.99.
