FREE Tickets to Pickering Folk Festival

The Pickering Folk Festival are giving away free tickets to people who voluteer to steward the even and also to kids who are aged under 16 years old, This includes FREE camping too.
The festival will be taking place on 8th 9th and 10th August 2008 in Pickering on the Showground, You can read more about it and apply by using the link below and and selecting "Stewards" in the navigation.

Some of us paid £150 for 2 tickets for 2008 festival and it was never refunded! Is it the same people? what happened to promised refunds

This routes to a webdesigner in Whitby and original post above also refers to 2008 rather than 2010 - if you look at the date of the OP it was from end of 2007! The domain referenced .nr at the end is also registered to Nauru. If you go on google maps you'll find this is a 1 square mile island thousands of miles off the Australian coast!

So someone has revived a very old thread - this is not a new post and googling 2010 Pickering festival brings up no results so clearly out of date and potentially there is no festival in 2010.

Mods - please could this be moved to Freebies gone but not forgotten board?
