Is anyone having problems with the Free Entries into the Raffall site. I have had dozens of entries just ignored over the last 3 months, (prior to this I used to get entered), I have raised it with them and they just say they probably didn't receive them. I do not want to keep wasting stamps and time if they are no longer accepting them.

One of numerous sites offering poor value and using the "free" entry route to avoid the gambling act/regulations -  in theory (legally) they are required to accept free entries but enforcement is probably lacking.

its difficult because if they say they didn't get it I 'm not sure what I can do to prove otherwise

Very little - these site tend to sail as close to the wind as they can get, often promoting the "great" odds while ignoring the ticket price
