Does anybody else find themselves caught in the middle and having to act as unpaid problem solver, going back and forth between two companies when neither will take responsibility for a fault or whatever has affected you, their customer? I have been through this with two large organisations for 3 weeks and counting now and it is infuriating!
I know there's Citizens' Advice, The Consumers' Association and, indeed, the wonderful Martin and his team, all of whom do sterling work, but I do believe it is now time for a union of consumers to fight our corner, in the way trade unions do. After my recent and past experiences, I'd be the first to join!
