Do you think upcoming years inflation increase which impact rate of interest hike?
Any demerit considering 5 years fixed? Any advise please.

If you might want to move before the 5 years are up, go for the 2 year fix to give you flexibility.
If you are pretty sure you'll want to stay in the property for 5 years, go for the 5 year fix.0
