Possibly the biggest competition Visit Cornwall have ever run?

We have a three night stay at Rocksalt Cottage in the picturesque fishing village of Mousehole from the 23rd to the 26th September. You will be taken to Penzance by GWR trains from where a taxi will take you onto Mousehole. You will also be provided with passes for local attractions, plus a £450 voucher to spend at Seasalt Cornwall and a £450 voucher to spend at Cream Cornwall!

Your break will start with a train journey from your destination in the UK down through Cornwall to the end of the line at Penzance. From there it's a short taxi ride around Mount's Bay to Mousehole, perhaps Cornwall's most iconic fishing village?

Rocksalt Cottage sits overlooking the bay. Within its whitewashed walls you’ll find a bijou escape that’s simply but luxuriously decorated. Start your day watching the sun rise over breakfast from your own private sea terrace, in the evening curl up together in front of the wood burning stove, then at night watch the lights of the fishermen’s boats from your pillow as you’re lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. 

Mousehole is a great place to relax for a few days, wander around the small harbour or browse the galleries. Eat at one of the local cafes or restaurants, or join the locals in the Ship Inn for a pint. Further afield the rugged coastline of the area makes for fine walking territory or if you would rather some retail therapy, Penzance has an interesting collection of shops.

And talking of shopping, part of the prize is two vouchers of £450 each, one for Cornish clothing brand Seasalt Cornwall, the other for Cream Cornwall. Seasalt Cornwall's clothing is inspired by Cornwall’s wild landscape, artistic culture and maritime heritage, and the same can be said of Cream Cornwall's who make luxury and exclusive homewares for people who love to be surrounded by beautiful things. Of course, if you don't wish to leave the luxury of the cottage you can use the vouchers on-line.

 Finally, we are throwing in some passes in to visit local attractions in the area...

2.) The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available.

3.) Pets are not allowed at Rocksalt.

4.) The draw will be made by Visit Cornwall and their decision is final.

5.) The winners will be notified by phone after the competition closes on May 16th 2022.  If the selected winner does not answer the phone at the time, we reserve the right to invalidate their claim and select an alternative winner.

6.) Visit Cornwall, Boutique Retreats, GWR, Seasalt Cornwall and Cream Cornwall will not rent, sell or lease this personally identifiable information to other companies or individuals.

7.) All names and email addresses will be entered into the free prize draw, only one entry per person will be allowed.
