£150 Rebate

I can't find the answer to this anywhere. I read that the £150 council tax rebate doesn't have to be paid by councils until September. I am moving from Wales to England in June or July. How do I get the money and will it be paid from Wales where I live now, or England where I'm moving to?

I'm impatient. My council in Wales has replied at last. Money will be paid into the bank account I use to pay council tax for this April by direct debit. Don't know when I'll get it, but no matter where I'll be living at the time, the bank account will be the same. Hope this helps someone in a similar predicament.

Hello I currently let out my property to a family so I suspect they might have received the council tax rebate of £150 in ~April. However their tenancy ends on 15th July and they will be vacating. Should I clawback the money pro-rata as I will be occupying the property from 16th July. So effectively (1st April to 15th July= £43.75) and ask them to refund me £106.25- would that be right thing to do as the rebate is for the property as such?
