Amazon warehouse 20% discount

Following the article in the MSE newsletter I attempted to buy a couple of items shown in the link provided in this article:

I did enter the site through the link in the above article

One item was https://www.amazon.co.uk/MEDION-Desktop-Windows-Computer-Warranty/dp/B099PB4B7K/ref=sr_1_32?m=A2OAJ7377F756P&qid=1649767161&rnid=3581866031&s=warehouse-deals&sr=1-32

That didn't give the 20% discount which it states it will be deducted at checkout.

I tried several other items as a trial and could not get any discount.

Am I at fault? or something wrong with the website?

Has anyone had success on this promotion?

Hello @Cardew, thanks for this.

Did you find that item on this '20% off' webpage? There are so many items there that it was difficult for me to try finding that exact item.

If it was on that page it should be part of the promotion, so it's best for you to contact Amazon to ask why you're not getting the deduction.

It may also be possible it's no longer part of the promotion - perhaps it was moved out of the '20% off' section. That's just speculation though.

Good luck - I hope they can give you a resolution.
