I was transferred from Igloo [excellent] to E.onNext with DD of £48 pm for all electric property. Monthly DD was increased to £127 pm on 23 April which is over double the original amount. I challenged E.onNext about the increase and have had absolutely no reply. When I move house, I will be due quite a refund from E.on thankfully.
