Santander Mortgage

I applies online for a mortgage with Santander. Got an AIP first and was offered a lot more then. On the actual application, 2 weeks later it got declined and they were only able to offer us 4K less than what we were asking for. Submitted the application back. Not sure if it will get accosted? Any ideas?

@anon009 Sorry, it isn't clear from your post - are you saying that your full application got declined (being able to offer 4k less doesn't usually result in a decline, they usually ask you how you want to proceed, at least with intermediary apps) and then you went ahead and applied again?Anon009 said:I applies online for a mortgage with Santander. Did you find out the reason for the decline?
