I was replying to Poppy but her second post intervened. Of course she is entitled to her opinion. I wouldn't suggest otherwise. But I am sure no-one needs reminding that people are strugglingIt doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!0

There's a group on Facebook called Nicki's Vegan Weight Loss Cafe which focusses on WFPB recipes, no oil or sugar. The idea is you eat lots of low calorie vegetables with protein (chickpeas, lentils, beans, tofu, seitan) and a small amount of complex carbs. There are loads of recipes in the files of the group once you join. One thing I would say is that breakfast recipes often include protein powders to fill you up and increase your protein intake and they can be quite expensive.0

I dont eat meat. I tried something like this a few years ago and it was very difficult for me. However I did feel fit and healthy and more energetic.
I gradually gave it up as I got bored with the limitations. I got fed up of ratatouille with chickpeas and mixed bean chilli.
Good luck with it, it's never been easier to be vegan than now if that's your starting point.0 -

I’m not saying there is nothing in it by any means but it is, to say the least, a bit more nuanced than the headlines might suggestLive the good life where you have been planted.
