Quidco - do they have a cut off date for earnings to be claimed?

Options
I haven't signed in to Quidco for a long time (18 months) and it looks like they have 'absorbed' my last earnings on the basis of it had a dormant account!
I cannot find anyway of checking where my payments have gone ie which bank account  - where do I find this info as I want to check if in fact I received it and just didn't know!
Sorry if this sounds daft but I'm getting old and lots of things seem difficult that never used to be!  Help please. :'(

Unlikely you would have received it as you have to request payments.
Earnings / Payments / Payment settings will show your bank account details used

Thank you so much molerat, I have now found what I wanted. Strangely the details shown in BACS was not mine - presumably Quidco's own account for dormant funds?
Also please can you tell me exactly how I can contact their customer services to get them to reinstate the money? Whatever I click on leads to anything other than a 'contact us' access point!!
I'm really grateful for your help :)

Thank you I'll try that next although the problem has now changed, they have reinstated the money but when I try to withdraw it to my nominated bank account it  just says 'no token' whatever that means!!
I'll try the online chat this time so thanks mjm3346.
  • Quidco just seem to all of a sudden release a load of your chashback. It’s all welcome though
