Who manufactures this M&S furniture range?

Hi, I hope someone could help.  We have seen the following furniture range called Padstow in M&S that we like https://www.marksandspencer.com/padstow-2-door-sideboard/p/ftp60480053?color=DARKBLUE&prevPage=srp

Does anybody know who manufactures this for M&S as it looks similar to items at other retailers such as Chiltern Oak, Oak Furniture Land etc which are cheaper than the items at M&S, but we are unsure if they are the same quality.

I can't help with the manufacturer and unless someone who actually works for the manufacturer wanders by and sees this post I don't think anyone will be able to tell you.  M&S certainly won't.  One of the other companies may, as a boast, claim theirs is made in the same factory.  But just like with Tesco economy brand beans vs Heinz they may not be the same even if they are both made by the same firm.  

I would suggest you need to take a close look, with photos, of the 2/3 different companies stock.  Are the hinges the same?  Are the drawer bottoms wood or particle board?  If you knock on the doors to they sound solid or more hollow?  It's possible that the sides and top are the same but the other bits are lesser quality or merely cheaper - wooden handles as opposed to solid brass etc.
