Missing Real People prize

I was notified of a prize win from Real People magazine, and it said they would aim to pay within 10m weeks.
10 weeks is up, and no payment.  The email address it was sent from bounces back undelivered now. 
I know the magazine has closed but surely they must honor the prizes.
Who should I contact?  Does anyone have a contact at Hearst media?  Have I lost my prize money?

I was in exactly the same situation, I think I contacted them via Facebook, I then has an email from them. They have a Real People Enquires team the email address is 

Enquires@realpeoplemag.co.uk

It took a little while for my prize money to come through but I received it about 2 weeks ago.
