i opted  for  early  retirement  and  have  an   nhs  pension  of   around  £11000  a  year  i  have  been  offered  a  job  that  would  earn  me  around  £7000  a  year  (£142  a  week )
i  know  i  would  have  to  pay  tax   as  income  is  over  the  £12500  threshold    but  would  i  have  to  pay  national  insurance on  the  £18000   total   income  or just  on  my   job    thank  you

Only on the employment income although no NI would be payable below £190 per week, £242 pw from July. At £123 per week you would be credited with NI for state pension purposes.  Have you had a state pension forecast ?

It's well worth getting one, just to confirm what you are likely to get and if ther is potential to increase it.
Under the transitional rules for the new State Pension, you may find that, as you've previously  been contracted out and so paid a lower percentage NI, you need more years in order to get the new maximum pension of £179,60 (which is considerably higher than what a contracted out person would have got under the old rules, so you haven't lost out, but rather been given a second bite of the cherry).
