Hello, I have 2 annexes to my main house & bolton council have told me I’ve to pay 3 council tax bills even if I use them for personal use ie a gym. Does anyone have any experience with this please?

If each annex is a self contained dwelling in its own right then each will have its own CT band and thus its own bill.
