Creditor in IVA yet no payments

Hi, 

Long start, short.
I have two CCJs against a previous partner. I was originally omitted from an IVA he went into in April 2021. I was added to the IVA in September 2021. I've not received a penny yet. 

I called debt movement, they refused to tell me anything, just kept repeating "you are on the claim" 

Should I give up and accept I'm not getting a penny?

How much are we talking about?  It might be time to draw a line an move on.

Relax, its only been a year, disbursements are made from IVA funds at specific points during the arrangement, this may not be until 2/3 years have passed, if you have made your claim to the money, then your portion of it will be paid in due course, and most likely on more than one occasion.
