You could also try asking your council if they use schemes such as solar together https://solartogether.co.uk/landing - doesn't look like it covers your area but that's not to say your council haven't run something similar or got a list of local suppliers they have previously used.
For a 10kWh system you'll need large roof area(s). A system this large will certainly help current + planned use. If the EV will be charged during the day then focus on more kWh, if not the battery sounds like a good idea.1
