Natwest mortgage

So my broker submitted an application with natwest on the 21st of March 2022, and hard search was carried out on that day 21st March 2022, I checked all credit reference agencies and the hard search is only showing on equifax and clearscore.
On the 26th of March, I received a notification on my credit karma telling me I had a ccj dated 23rd March 2022, which I know anything about, I then immediately search on the Internet and was advised to fill in a n244 form, to set the judgment aside and that would remove it off my file pending another hearing, which I did and sent it off 28th March 2022
So my question is, do natwest carry out another hard search again eventho, they have done one on the 21st, as I am now panicking that will be declined cause of my recent ccj. We are putting down a 15% deposit. My broker said we should hear back 12th of April
The ccj was from my previous address, I moved out from the address sep 2019, so I never received any letter regarding the court case, so there was way for me to fight it or even pay it... the amount of the ccj is £292, its something I can pay off now but I read online it's better I fill in the n244, so side aside the judgement and it been removed from my credit file than paying it and it saying on my credit file for 6 years

You can pay it in 30 days and it won't remain on your credit file.
There are only certain reasons a set aside will be accepted. The wrong address is not necessarily 1 of them.
It also costs £235....0 -
So eventho it is showing on my file, if I pay it before the 23rd of April, it will get removed from my file ?0

I just had a mortgage with NatWest and I wasn’t credit checked again after the initial application process. Although it could be different so wouldn’t take it as gospel. Hope that helps.0
