State pension

Hi all.
Later this year I'm planning on marrying a turkish citizen, with her own turkish pension which is much smaller than mine and spending 6 months in the UK and 6 months in Turkey.
The question is, does that affect my state pension if I inform the DWP about my marriage, do I lose any of my payment or will it stay the same?
Thanks in advance.

State pension is individual to you and is not affected by personal circumstances.  Turkey also has a social security agreement with UK so your annual increases are protected whichever country you reside in.

    Thanks for the reply.
From what I understand from your reply, my single person pension amount won't change to the married pension amount due to her being a none UK citizen, am I right? Thanks also for the info the social security agreement.

There's no such thing as a married pension. Everyone gets their own

There is no such thing as a married person amount ,all UK pensions are paid as a personal basis ,that is everyone gets their own ,as an example i get mine every tuesday but my wife gets hers every 4 weeks by choice.

Where can you find a list of countries that your CPI increases are protected?

I found the info on Gov. UK under reciprocal agreements. Took me a while as it's not the easiest site to navigate.
