In the first instance I have asked Mercer for the following information all in writing - (they wanted a phone call but I refused) and said all communications should be done formally in writing due to past experience – and as a starting gambit I asked them to answer the following points –
    • What is the amount of money that Mercer allegedly say has been overpaid ?
    • Why there has been an error ?
    • Who’s error was it ?
    • Why did they expect me to pay for their companies error ?

Lets see what comes back ??

I'm in no rush - as it stands the monies are in my accounts as it was a CETV transfer - so they can be as swift as they like....

It's now been 2 months since my initial email response asking Mercer for answers to their request for an overpayment and I've still not had any response so far.

I have to say Mercer's delay is putting stress on myself and my partner as we are unsure what our financial future holds - I think they are totally unprofessional and I'm unsure if I will get a response or I'm down the long list of unhappy ex-customers they are chasing as a result of their errors...

    Lets wait and see.....!!!!!
