Calculating my salary with Salary Sacrifice pension

Hi, Im on a salary sacrifice pension but the person who does our wages cant tell me what my overall salary is (i.e before salary sacrifice). Is there a calculator i can use to work backwards from my gross salary and pension contributions (5% me, 4% company) to find this figure? Thanks

Simple - divide by 0.95You sal sac 5% of salary, so your salary after sacrifice is 95% or 0.95 of your before sacrifice salary. So to go from the after sal sac salary to before, do the opposite, ie divide by 0.95.2
