Disneyland Paris 30th Anniversary on Heart.co.uk, April 2022 – Specific Rules 

1. The Disneyland Paris 30th Anniversary promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Friday 1st April 2022 to Friday 15th April 2022 on Heart.co.uk. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Walt Disney. 

2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions. 

Details of the Promotion: 

Entry method 1: QR codes  

3. To enter the Promotion, you must visit http://win.heart.co.uk/disneyland-paris/ or https://win.heart.co.uk/disneyland-paris/?angel=true and register your details. Once you have registered, you will be sent a QR code to your email address. 

4. Online entry to register for a QR code will open at 00:01 on Friday 1st April 2022 and close at 19:59 on Wednesday 13th April 2022. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion. 

5. There will be four dates on which Heart and Disney will hold live Promotion events, which will take place at:  

i. The Trafford Centre in Manchester on the 7th April between 10am- 10pm,  

ii. The Bullring in Birmingham on the 9th April between 8am-8pm, 

iii. St Pancras Station in London on the 12th April between 8am – 8pm 

iv. St Pancras Station in London on the 13th April between 8am – 8pm 

6. During the live Promotion events as listed above, the Disney door will open at specific predetermined times throughout the day. When you’re at the event you must scan your code on the Disney door. You will be deemed a winner if you scan your code at the time the door is predetermined to open, or are the first person to scan your code after the predetermined time, and the Disney Door opens. 

7. In total, there will be 28 prizes available to be won across the four live Promotion events. 

Entry method 2: Online Q&A 

8. To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page at https://win.heart.co.uk/disneyland-2022/, register your details and submit an answer to the multiple-choice question provided.  

9. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Friday 1st April 2022 and close at 23:59 on the Friday 15th April 2022. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion. 

10. Within 12 hours of the Promotion closing, all correct and eligible entries from both entry method 1 and entry method 2 will be entered into a draw. One entrant will be selected at random, and the winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via telephone on the telephone number with which they registered to enter the Promotion. If such winner does not respond to this call, they will forfeit their right to the prize, and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent winner must also respond to this call on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize.  

11. If you are the winning entrant, you may be asked to have a call with a presenter which may be broadcast on the Heart Network on 16th April 2022. That call will either be broadcast live or pre-recorded for future broadcast. You must answer your telephone when we contact you. Someone else cannot answer the phone, participate, or accept a prize on your behalf. If: (i) you fail to answer the phone; (ii) someone else answers the phone; (iii) the call goes to voicemail; (iv) the call becomes disconnected; (v) you are not (or do not seem to us to be) in a position to safely and/or lawfully take or remain on the call (for example, if you are or seem to be driving); or (vi) you are not audible or intelligible or we are not able to conduct a conversation with you in a manner that is suitable for broadcast for any reason beyond our control (including, but not limited to: low/no signal on your device, a call is dropped by any network, you are travelling, there is too much background noise or feedback, etc.); before or during the Promotion, you may be disqualified and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable. 

12. We and the Promotion Partner may publish and publicise your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry, and we may refer to your and any applicable third party’s (for example a guest/travel companion) association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion. 

13. In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we and our Promotion Partner may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) or (ii) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (iii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture. 

Eligibility: 

14. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry. 

15. Entry is restricted to one entry per person, per entry method; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion.  

16. An entrant can only win once across this Promotion (if you are declared a winner at one of the four live Promotion events, you will not be eligible to win through the online draw). 

17. The Disney prize is available between 1st September 2022 and 1st September 2023. The booking form must be received back a minimum of 30 days before the travel dates. 

Prize: 

18. A total of 29 prizes are to be won across the Promotion. Each winning entrant will receive:  

a. One standard package holiday consisting of a two-night, three day to Disneyland Paris for one winner and three accompanying guests. 

b. Return transport to Disneyland Paris, travelling by Eurostar in Standard class to Disneyland Paris from London St Pancras, Ashford International or Ebbsfleet International or an economy class return flight from a selected regional airport to Paris Charles de Gaulle. 

c. Return transfers between the Charles de Gaulle/Orly airport or Gare du Nord and Disneyland Paris. 

d. Two nights’ accommodation sharing one standard room by the winner and three accompanying guests, including continental breakfast. 

e. Three Day Park Hopper ticket per winner and accompanying guest valid for entry into the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park. 

f. Half board premium meal vouchers to cover lunch and dinner for four people for the duration of the three-day trip. 

g. The holiday must be taken between 1st September 2022 and 1st September 2023. The booking form must be received back a minimum of 30 days before the travel dates. 

h. Travel insurance is included. 

Prize terms and conditions: 

19. The winner and their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. Any children in the group must be accompanied by their parent/legal guardian aged 18 or over.  

20. The winner and their guests are responsible for their own passport, visa requirements and any other documentation or any other requirements (including but not limited to Covid -19 testing) that may be imposed by the authorities from time to time.   

21. Age and height restrictions may apply to some attractions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to the Supplier.  

22. Enhanced health and safety measures will be/are in place at Disneyland Paris to promote cleanliness, physical distancing and reduced contact. Some experiences, shows or events may not be available or may be modified depending on the evolution of the safety and sanitary measures and recommendations from public authorities or other reasons, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, refurbishment or maintenance. Some hotels may be closed during some or all arrival period. Details available at DisneylandParis.com.  

23. By participating in the Promotion the winner and their guests agree that they will be subject to Disneyland Paris Booking Terms and Conditions save for the sections relating to the fees of booking. Full Terms and Conditions can be found here.  

24. You must, at your own cost, comply with all necessary checks, and/or tests required for travelling to and from and entering and exiting your travel destination/venue. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, organising, undertaking, recording and/or registering any required Covid-19 tests. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you in complying with this clause, nor will we purchase, organise, undertake, record and/or register any required Covid-19 tests.   

25. You must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and guidance relating to Covid-19, both in the UK and your travel destination/venue. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with such rules, regulations and guidance.   

26. You acknowledge and agree that, without limitation to the provisions of Clause 12 of the General Terms & Conditions, our ability to fulfil a prize and/or perform any of our obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions could be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine and/or any corresponding governmental action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office guidance) (collectively ‘Covid Measures’).  

27. If due to any Covid Measures, we are unable to fulfil a prize or perform any of our other obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions, then we shall not be in breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. In accordance with Clause 30 below, in these circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion. 

28. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, spending money, UK transfers, alcoholic beverages, telephone charges, room service, laundry service and excursions are not included within the prize.  

29. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.   

30. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Data Protection: 

32. Your personal data that you provide to us will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited) and our Promotion Partner as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes. 

33. By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject, and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion. If you are required to submit a guest(s)/travel companion(s) personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guest(s)/travel companion(s) have given you consent to provide us and our Promotion Partner with their personal data. 

34. You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us and/or our Promotion Partner when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we and/or our Promotion Partner will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see Global's Privacy Policy and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy for more details). You can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time by unsubscribing.  

35. We, our Promotion Partner and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Where any transfers are made outside of the EEA or UK we and the Promotion Partner will ensure appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data are in place.  

36. We will hold your personal data for a period of up to 3 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations.  

37. You may request the removal of your personal details from our database by contacting privacy@global.com. If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
