Hi quick question lender is asking our solicitor statments for isa and our accounts where deposit was , we sent this long time ago to our solicitor , and she's asking us to send again, we are very stressed as we due to complete on Monday. Should we be worried at this stage?

@T9OTE Afaik, it doesn't happen usually but nothing to worry about in itself, perhaps the solicitor didn't do everything that was required or it was picked up in a random audit. Hope it completes on time, good luck!

It is strange that the lender is going to the solicitor.
Usually the lender would come to you or your broker.
I think this is probably the solicitor who has either not got enough evidence of AML on file or they have lost/deleted the original document you sent and are asking for more but blaming the lender.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
