Working From Home claiming more than £6.00 per week WFH allowance

In August 2020 I was made a home worker, and my employer closed my office, I was already claiming the £6.00 allowance ( worth £1.20 per week in my net pay), but want to know how I can claim more than this as my heating and lighting costs have increase for at least 8 hours 5 days per week.  The articles I have read say I would have to keep records and I am prepared to do this but cant find anywhere that tells me what records I need to keep and how to make a claim.

Has anyone made a claim for extra costs for working from home who could advise me what HMRC would require and how I go about it.
