 1. Eligibility. The “Visit Abu Dhabi Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or at least the legal age of majority in the state in which they reside at the time of entry (the "Entrant"). Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to win a Prize: (a) employees, directors, officers or agents of Sponsor, Administrator, or DCT Abu Dhabi, and their respective affiliates, and each of their respective companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Sweepstakes; and (c) persons who (i) are in the immediate family of any person in any of the preceding categories (including mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, spouse, grandmother, grandfather, children or grandchildren), regardless of where they live, or (ii) reside in the same household, whether related or not, as any person in any of the preceding categories. All eligibility is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, municipal, territorial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. All entries submitted are the property of the Sponsor. The Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. 2. Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes entry begins Friday, March 25, 2022 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), and ends Monday, April 25, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). There will be one (1) unique random draw to be conducted on or about Thursday, May 5, 2022 to award one (1) prize (the “Prize”). Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, Sweepstakes, or prize draw. The bookings may be subject to blackout dates which may be amended by the airline at any time. • Two (2) (economy class) flights on Etihad Airways to Prize destination. Approximate retail value of this Prize package is $14,000 USD. Travel is valid within one year of prize issue date. The Prize (defined above) involves visiting a country that may/will be required to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or recent “Negative” test results. If you cannot provide such proof, you will immediately lose your eligibility to participate in the Prize activities and Sponsor has the right to award the Prize to another eligible participant. The prize is only valid and can only be redeemed with prior reservation and is subject to availability. The bookings may be subject to blackout dates which may be amended by the airline at any time.

Winner will coordinate with the designated travel agent or Sponsor representative to organize the travel package. Winner’s travel companion (if any) must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of departure unless the child or legal ward of the Winner.

All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Prize package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges, port charges, or facilities charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
