First Plus/Elderbridge Secured loan

I would suspect that any good will payment also comes with a non disclosure clause, if it does then anyone risks having it clawed back if they spill the beans.
If you are in the position of having one of these loans then make your own complaint, there seems to be some debate around the validity of the interest rate variation clause. From what I've read there seems to be some success in getting the interest rate fixed at the initial offer rate when the loan was taken out.0 -
You say you have seen threads about it. Have you asked the participants in these threads?
There have been a lot of posts about this over the years.

Rob2407 said:Hi, I have read several threads concerning so-called 'Good Will' payments being offered by either Barclay's First Plus or Elderbridge. Does anyone have any evidence of 'any' payments/refunds having been paid?
I did and it has revealed a lot of errors on their behalf, mostly to do with PP scheme.
Hope this helps0
